Gastrointestinal and systemic symptoms (nausea, anorexia, diarrhea, fever, rash)
Demonstration of imputability or root cause: 
Certain; donor from endemic country, serology positive. Recipient was seronegative pre-transplant. Strongyloides detected in stool and EGD biopsy. Other recipients of kidney/pancreas and  heart from same donor also acquired strongyloides infection. Good response to ivermectin and albendazole.
